I am going to being my essay with a definition of effective communication and why it is important. I will include the barriers to nursing and how these can be overcome. I will do more research as the essay progresses.

I've had a look on Google and some previous research into communication and found that there are lots of barriers to communication between nursing professionals and patients so I think my essay will be looking into these barriers. I could include government cuts and restrictions as well.
